Problem-Based Learning Curriculum has positive effects of physicians’ competency
A recent study conducted by Gerald Choon-Huat Koh, MD, et al., from the National University of Singapore about the effects of problem-based learning or PBL during medical school on physician competency (a systematic review), showed that PBL during medical school has positive effects on physician competency after graduation, mainly in social and cognitive dimensions.
